Thiamin: Also known as vitamin B1, thiamin helps the body convert carbohydrates into energy. Additionally, the body uses thiamin to create adenosine triphosphate (ATP), a molecule that transports energy within your cells.
Vitamins B6 and B12: These vitamins work to give you an energy boost — vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine, contributes to metabolism and the creation of red blood cells, while B12, or cobalamin, supports nerve cell function, red blood cell formation, and DNA synthesis.
Amino Acids: Not only do these amino acids support muscle health, but they also help slow down caffeine absorption for sustained, all-day energy.
Green Tea Extract: A concentrated form of green tea, this extract contains immune-boosting antioxidants as well as caffeine for a natural boost of energy.
Phosphorus: This mineral is the second most abundant mineral in the body after calcium, and is required for vital bodily functions like filtering waste and repairing tissue and cells.
Potassium: This electrolyte is known to help with muscle cramping — especially during long workouts — because it helps regulate blood pressure and water retention.
Sodium: We lose a lot of sodium through our sweat when working out, so it’s important to replenish this mineral as it regulates the proper balance of water and minerals as well as muscle contractions.

When should you take the STAMINA Energy + Focus Formula for women?
You can take STAMINA any time throughout the day when you need a boost of energy. What’s more, our energy formula is a great alternative to your morning java — one serving contains about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee.
If you’re using STAMINA Energy + Focus Formula before a workout, we recommend taking it about 20-30 minutes before your training begins. That way, your body has enough time to digest the pre-workout, allowing you to feel its energizing effects throughout your session.

How much caffeine should you have?
Most of us know (and dread) the jittery effect that too much caffeine can have on our bodies, which is why the Mayo Clinic recommends no more than 400 MG of caffeine per day — about four cups of coffee. However, some people are more sensitive to caffeine than others and may need to adjust their intake accordingly.

Will it make me jittery & itchy like other pre-workouts?
It shouldn't! We formulated this product and the doses to make sure that doesn't happen!
That feeling you get from other energy supplements? It's from the high levels of caffeine and Beta-Alanine. Our energy powder for women does contain both of these ingredients because they help boost your energy and focus, but we dropped them to a level appropriate for a woman's body.
If you haven't taken energy powders before, we do suggest starting with a half scoop to allow your body to get used to the supplement and building up from there.
