Will I get the skin tingles everyone mentions about pre-workout?We did our absolute best to formulate for no skin tingles, but sometimes, when you haven't taken pre-workout before you'll feel a slight tingle in places like the tops of your ears or corners of your lips. If you do, drink more water before taking STAMINA or take half a scoop for your first few workouts. Otherwise, you shouldn't feel any tingles!

How much caffeine is in the pre-workout?There is only 100mg of caffeine in STAMINA, which is the same as a cup of coffee. If you're sensitive to caffeine, take a half a scoop since your body doesn't need quite as much to feel it.

Does REPAIR build muscles?REPAIR is to help with recovery and muscle soreness! This helps you recover faster so you can work out more with heavier weights which will help with muscle gains!
