The Fastest Breakfast
10g Protein Chocolate Raspberry Microwave Minute Muffin
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- 1/2 scoop ESSENTIAL Dark Chocolate
- 1 egg
- 1 Handful raspberries
- 1/2 tsp Stevia
- 2 tablespoon almond milk
Take a little less than a quarter cup of quick oats, 1/2 scoop dark chocolate ESSENTIAL, one egg, a small handful of raspberries and 1/2 tsp Stevia, and mix it all up in a coffee mug. If you want your muffin a little moist, add 2 tablespoons of almond milk. Place mixture in the microwave for 1 minute. Watch it carefully since this could overflow. If the muffin seems "wet", place back in the microwave 15 seconds at a time. Top with more raspberries.
Recipe makes 1 muffin.
