Protein Packed Iced Latte Recipe
Don't have to make a complicated breakfast? We're life-hacking our way through the work week to be as efficient as possible and concocted this DELICIOUS, healthy, low-calorie, high protein iced latte. The star of this show? We'd love to say it's our ESSENTIAL protein powder, but coffee always wins.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. Milk, Milk Alternative, or Water
- 1 Scoop ESSENTIAL Whey Protein Powder
- 8-12 oz. Cold Brew Coffee
- Ice
Instructions:
Scoop ESSENTIAL into glass and add milk/milk alternative/water. Stir until dissolved. Add ice. Top with cold brew. Stir.
Not sure which flavor ESSENTIAL to use? All of them work! Dark Chocolate for a mocha, French Vanilla for little sweetness, or Unflavored for that classic taste!
