Protein Packed Green Goddess Salad Dressing

- 3 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon finely ground sea salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 ½ cups avocado oil
Green Goddess Dressing
- 1 cup avocado oil mayo (can substitute with regular mayo or store bought)
- 1 scoop ESSENTIAL Unflavored Whey Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 cups fresh basil
- ¼ cup fresh parsley leaves
- 3 tbsp fresh tarragon leaves
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cupextra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Avocado Oil Mayo Recipe
Add the egg yolks to a food processor and pulse to break. Add lemon juice, water, and a touch of salt. Mix until combined fully. Turn the food processor on to a smooth, continuous blend and begin to add avocado oil in a slow, very thin stream. Continue to blend until eggs have thickened and it has your desired consistency for mayo (about 3-4 minutes). Remove a cup of the mayo, and store the rest in your fridge in an airtight container.
Green Goddess Protein Dressing
Mix your unflavored essential into 2 tbsp water. Add everything into a high speed blender or food processor, blend until smooth and all herbs are combined.
