Try this low-impact workout to get your heartrate up without stressing your joints!
First take your STAMINA, then hit 4 Rounds of the following exercises to build strong muscles and core:
- Squat to Overhead Press x 12 reps
- Rear Lunge to Knee to Chest x 15 reps (Right) x15 reps (Left)
- Pushup to Three-Legged Dog to Knee to Nose x10 reps (Right) x 10 reps (Left)
- Pike to Plank x 30 reps
