Healthy, Hydrating, Immune Boosting Green Smoothie!
How many drinks do we need in one sitting? Currently, we've got coffee, a green smoothie, water, and an immune boosting flavored drink.
What if we could get rid of one (or two!) of those and their respective dishes?! Try this hydrating, immune boosting green smoothie, ladies! We promise, it's delicious!
- 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Water
- 1 cup water or unsweetened, unflavored almond milk
- 1 scoop SUPPORT Immune + Hydration Boost
- 1/2 Avocado, peeled & deseeded
- 1 sliced pear or 1 cup pineapple
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 green apple, deseeded, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 cup spinach or kale (or both)
- 1 broccoli stalk (not the head)
- 1 scoop ESSENTIAL Unflavored Protein Powder
Toss everything into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth! Add more liquid if you want a thinner smoothie.
