Cinco De Mayo 7 Layer Vegetarian Dip (64g protein)

Instructions:

  1. Spread refried beans in an even layer in the bottom of your serving dish. Prepare avocado spread and layer on top of refried beans. Top with a layer of pico de gallo. Save about 1/2 cup pico for topping. 
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream, taco seasoning, one scoop or ESSENTIAL unflavored, and lime juice. Spread in an even layer on top of the pico de gallo.
  3.  Sprinkle Monterey jack and cheddar in an even layer over the sour cream.
  4. Top with a layer of shredded lettuce then add pico de gallo, and sliced black olives to dress.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips.
