Easy 20-Minute Homemade Zaghetti

20 Minute Homemade Zaghetti (6 servings) Using PRTCL ESSENTIAL Protein Powder


1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
1 Large Can Crushed Tomatoes 
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
2 carrots, finely chopped
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 Bay Leaf
1lb 90/10 ground beef (optional)
1/2 tsp stevia
2 scoops unflavored ESSENTIAL Protein Powder
2 Large Zucchinis & Spiralizer


Boil a pot of water (for zoodles). Heat extra virgin olive oil in the pan. Add mirepoix mix (carrots, celery, onions) to ground beef and cook until onions are translucent. Add Italian seasoning. Stir until coating all ingredients in the pot. Season ground beef with salt & pepper. Cook on medium-high for 4-5 minutes to brown the ground beef. Chop garlic cloves, add to meat. Add tomatoes and bay leaves. Cook for 5 minutes or until simmering. Add stevia to take the bitter taste from tomatoes. Add ESSENTIAL, stir continuously, and cook for 2 minutes until dissolved. Let simmer for 10 minutes. 

For a thicker sauce, low simmer uncovered for an hour. Add ESSENTIAL at the end of the hour.

Spiralize zucchini. Boil zoodles for 2 minutes while the sauce is cooking finishing. Drain and then serve.
